We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented PMO Analyst who can drive operational discipline across projects. This role will focus on resource utilization, cost tracking, and governance, ensuring data-driven decision-making and efficiency across teams.

This PMO Analyst will be responsible for tracking and managing resource utilization and bench strength across projects, ensuring accurate timesheets and compliance. They will monitor and report on FTE costs, project costs, and overall financials, while maintaining and analyzing project data, dashboards, and performance metrics.

Skills & Qualification

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail to effectively analyze data and identify areas for improvement.

  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards to effectively manage and present data.

  • Ability to work with data, derive insights, and present clearly to effectively communicate with stakeholders.

  • Good understanding of project financials and resource planning to effectively manage and report on project costs and utilization.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to effectively collaborate with project managers, leadership, and other teams.

  • A go-getter attitude with ownership and accountability to drive operational discipline and ensure adherence to PMO processes.

  • Good understanding of data analysis and visualization tools to effectively present insights and recommendations.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage resource utilization and bench strength across projects to ensure effective resource allocation and minimize waste.

  • Ensure timesheets are accurately updated and compliant on a regular basis to maintain accurate financial records and avoid penalties.

  • Monitor and report on FTE costs, project costs, and overall financials to ensure data-driven decision-making and optimize resource allocation.

  • Maintain and analyze project data, dashboards, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize project outcomes.

  • Partner with project managers and leadership to optimize resource allocation and ensure operational discipline across projects.

  • Identify gaps in utilization and recommend corrective actions to minimize waste and optimize resource allocation.

  • Drive adherence to PMO processes, reporting standards, and governance to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and insights for leadership review to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes.

  • Support in forecasting, planning, and budgeting activities to ensure accurate financial records and optimize resource allocation.
