The Senior Salesforce Technical Architect is CUBE84's most experienced technical authority, operating across the full technical spectrum of a Salesforce engagement. They are the person the delivery team looks to when problems are hard, decisions are consequential, and the stakes are high. This role is delivery-first and hands-on, ensuring that what is built is of the highest quality.

The Senior Salesforce Technical Architect brings versatility that extends beyond delivery. With strong communication skills, they are capable of leading pre-sales discovery sessions and contributing to deal pursuit at a senior level. They may also take on people leadership responsibilities depending on the engagement — guiding and developing technical team members.

Skills & Qualification

• Core Clouds — Expert Level: Hands-on technical knowledge across the full Salesforce core, including the most complex configurations, custom development scenarios, performance challenges, and architectural decisions at enterprise scale

• Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Platform, including Apex, LWC, SOQL, data architecture, security, DevOps, CI/CD, and the full Salesforce development lifecycle

• Enterprise-level experience in data architecture, ingestion pipelines, identity resolution at scale, segmentation strategy, and activation patterns across the Salesforce ecosystem

• Deep understanding of Salesforce AI architecture, agent design and deployment, prompt engineering, Einstein feature integration, and how LLM and AI concepts apply within the Salesforce platform at an enterprise level

• Expert knowledge of enterprise integration architecture, including REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Streaming API, MuleSoft, and middleware patterns

• Deep familiarity with the full Salesforce product portfolio, able to make informed technical decisions across any product combination a delivery engagement requires

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on Salesforce technical experience, with demonstrated expertise across complex, enterprise-level delivery engagements

• Strong communication skills, able to communicate complex architectural decisions to technical teams, business stakeholders, and client leadership with equal clarity

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical architecture on complex, multi-workstream engagements, from initial technical design through to delivery completion

• Translate solution designs from the Solution Architect into comprehensive technical blueprints covering data architecture, integration design, automation strategy, security model, and custom development approach

• Make and stand behind high-stakes technical decisions, including platform trade-offs, build versus configuration choices, and architecture patterns for enterprise-scale solutions

• Produce and oversee technical design documentation, architecture artefacts, and implementation specifications

• Review and validate code and configuration across the delivery team, holding the standard high on performance, maintainability, and best practices

• Write code directly when the situation demands it, particularly for the most complex or critical technical challenges on an engagement

• Identify, escalate, and resolve technical risks across the full delivery lifecycle

• Set the technical standard for engagements and guide the team in meeting it

• Mentor and develop Technical Architects and developers, sharing knowledge, reviewing work, and building technical capability within the team

• Contribute to CUBE84's technical standards, best practices, and delivery approach

• Join pre-sales calls when deals involve deep technical complexity, providing the level of technical depth required to win confidence with technically sophisticated prospects

• Lead discovery sessions on technically complex deals, operating with the same authority and credibility as a senior solution leader

• Support the Solution Architect in validating solution designs, effort estimates, and technical feasibility during the pre-sales phase
