The Senior Solution Architect role at CUBE84 is a key position that requires exceptional expertise in Salesforce and strong leadership skills. As a senior solution leader, you will operate across the full deal spectrum, from small engagements to large, complex enterprise pursuits, and bring the strategic depth, commercial instinct, and platform breadth to handle whatever a deal demands.
You will work with the Sales Executive as a strategic partner, influencing how deals are positioned, how risks are managed, and how CUBE84 differentiates in competitive situations. You will read enterprise-level complexity, manage multi-stakeholder dynamics, and build the kind of credibility that moves large organisations to make decisions.
Deep, expert-level solutioning capability across the full Salesforce core, including complex configurations, advanced automation, and integration-heavy architectures.
Ability to navigate edge cases and platform trade-offs under scrutiny from technically sophisticated prospects.
Fluent, professional English written and spoken at the level required to operate as a peer to senior client stakeholders.
Skilled at navigating complex, multi-stakeholder conversations where different audiences have competing priorities.
Able to craft and deliver proposals and presentations that influence enterprise-level decisions.
Minimum 8 years in Salesforce consulting, pre-sales, or solution design, with demonstrated experience across deal sizes and complexity levels, including enterprise engagements.
Experience with Salesforce products such as Data Cloud, Agentforce, Experience Cloud, Mobile Publisher, MuleSoft, and Revenue Cloud/CPQ.
Deep understanding of the Salesforce roadmap, competitive landscape, and how enterprise clients should be thinking about their Salesforce investment over a 3–5 year horizon.
Lead all pre-sales activities as the senior solution voice across deals of any size and complexity, from quick-turn SMB opportunities to long-cycle enterprise pursuits.
Partner with the Sales Executive at a strategic level, contributing to deal strategy, competitive positioning, and how the engagement is structured and priced.
Lead discovery across multi-stakeholder, multi-workstream engagements, managing complexity and ensuring nothing critical is missed.
Architect end-to-end solutions for the most complex deals, multi-cloud, heavily integrated, or technically challenging, with the confidence to stand behind every recommendation.
Produce and present compelling proposals with the depth and gravitas to influence enterprise-level decision makers.
Identify and articulate winning themes even in highly competitive or ambiguous situations.
Take ownership of delivery continuity on high-value or strategically important accounts, ensuring the integrity of what was promised.
Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities, mapping the client's roadmap to CUBE84's capabilities and Salesforce's product direction.
Build long-term trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Mentor and develop Associate Solution Architects, reviewing their work and providing structured guidance on discovery, solutioning, and proposal skills.
Contribute to CUBE84's solutioning approach, proposal standards, and pre-sales best practices.
Bring market and product intelligence back into the team from client interactions and industry developments.
