Lead Growth Marketer (Inbound / SEO / AEO / GEO)

Overview

We are looking for a Lead Growth Marketer to own inbound growth end-to-end — from strategy and execution to measurement, iteration, and scale. This is not a coordination role. This is not a “follow-the-playbook” role.

You will be responsible for building, scaling, and continuously refining our organic growth engine across SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and inbound funnels.

This role requires someone who can think strategically, execute independently, and drive measurable business outcomes. What You'll Own

  • End-to-end inbound growth strategy and execution

  • Organic acquisition across SEO, AEO, GEO, and emerging discovery channels

  • Content strategy — from identifying opportunities to ensuring high-quality execution

  • Funnel optimization — turning traffic into pipeline, not just vanity metrics

  • Performance measurement, experimentation, and continuous improvement

  • Organic growth initiatives aligned to business and pipeline goals

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a scalable inbound growth engine aligned to pipeline and business objectives

  • Identify high-impact SEO, AEO, GEO, and content opportunities across topics, keywords, formats, and distribution channels

  • Evaluate and improve content quality, ensuring clarity, depth, positioning, discoverability, and conversion potential

  • Work closely with content, design, and web teams to ship quickly and iterate continuously

  • Analyze performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and other marketing tools to identify opportunities and improve outcomes

  • Continuously optimize funnel performance from discovery through conversion

  • Stay ahead of changes in search behavior, AI-driven discovery, and content distribution trends

  • Develop, test, and refine growth hypotheses through structured experimentation

  • Challenge assumptions, improve direction, and elevate the quality of execution and outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience across Growth Marketing, SEO, Content Marketing, and Inbound Marketing

  • Proven experience driving organic growth for B2B audiences, preferably in US markets

  • Strong understanding of modern discovery ecosystems, including SEO, AI-driven search, AEO, and GEO

  • Ability to distinguish exceptional content from average content, supported by strong editorial judgment

  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and modern marketing and analytics platforms

  • Strong understanding of funnels, conversion paths, attribution, and pipeline generation

  • Demonstrated ability to independently drive initiatives from idea to execution

  • High ownership mindset with a bias toward action

  • Ability to balance speed, quality, and strategic thinking
