We’re looking for a Lead Producer to own the heartbeat of our LiveOps experience across flagship sports products like NBA Top Shot and NFL ALL DAY. You’ll orchestrate the cadence of content, events, and surprises that fuel our communities, making every day feel like game day. Orchestrate the magic behind our live games and digital collectibles — plan, optimize, and scale experiences that surprise and delight fans
Build and own the LiveOps strategy, driving retention, engagement, and monetization with proven expertise
Deliver fresh content consistently — events, challenges, quests, and surprises that keep the community buzzing
Partner closely with Product to ensure LiveOps is fully aligned with the broader roadmap
Manage P&L, budgets, and forecasts to make the business side of LiveOps thrive
Identify growth levers — test bold ideas, measure outcomes, and double down on what works
Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of PMs, engineers, designers, and marketers to execute at a high level
Mentor and coach your team, fostering growth as the organization scales
Launch events and campaigns that drive engagement, spark conversation, and energize the community
Translate player feedback and data into insights that shape future updates and fuel long-term engagement
Experience in gaming, LiveOps, product management, or other fast-moving environments that keep fans engaged
A proven track record managing live games, digital products, or collectible ecosystems — bonus points for experience with NFTs
Strong financial acumen: skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing profitability
Hands-on leadership experience running cross-functional teams from concept to launch
An analytical mindset with a deep appreciation for player experience — you balance data with delight
Excellent communication skills, able to earn trust and alignment across executives, teammates, and community leads
Genuine passion for gaming, collectibles, and emerging technologies
Launched or operated products, games, or events that had fans buzzing on Twitter, Discord, or beyond
Able to explain LiveOps just as clearly to a 10-year-old as to a CFO
Battle-tested: you’ve run viral events, surprise drops, or turned fails into wins
Hands-on experience weaving AI into your workflow to boost speed, creativity, or scale
