What you will do

As a Sr. Account Manager at Datassential, you will serve as a strategic partner to our valued clients in the food and beverage industry.
You will understand their distinctive business requirements, champion their interests within Datassential, and facilitate their understanding of the complete potential of our data insights and tools.
This role entails not only cultivating robust client relationships but also establishing Datassential as an industry thought leader and devising customized solutions that blend seamlessly with our clients’ business goals.
You will foster strong client relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
The position offers the chance to cultivate long-lasting partnerships that encompass both account management and business development across a diverse client portfolio.

Requirements

What you bring

Have 5+ years of experience being a trusted client advisor through consistent support, become an extension of their team.
Ability to manage a growing book of business inclusive of renewals, upselling, contract negotiations and strategic annual plans.
Experience leading productive client monthly meetings, showcasing ROI of Datassential solutions.
Collaborate internally to streamline workflows related to contracting, invoicing and receiving payments.
Experience solution selling research or data insights.
P&L management experience or equivalent

Nice to have

Understanding of the food and beverage landscape, trends, and challenges.
Proficient public speaker.

The OTE (on target earnings) for this role including salary + commission is expected to be in the range of $115,000/year - 155,000k/year. Offer will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
