At Deep Centered Mental Health, we are growing our outpatient psychiatry practice and seeking psychiatrists who wish to practice thoughtful, integrative psychiatry. Our approach is grounded in compassionate, patient-centered care within a highly supportive and collaborative environment.

We are a clinician-led psychiatry and psychotherapy practice built to support thoughtful, high quality care. We emphasis an integrative approach, where our psychiatrists have access to a broad range of treatment options, including medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle interventions, and advanced interventional treatments such as Deep TMS and Spravato®. With more than 220 in-house therapists, our psychiatrists can collaborate seamlessly across disciplines and connect patients with the care that best supports their individual needs.

Your Role

·       Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and ongoing psychiatric care

·       Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s clinical needs, goals, and preferences

·       Provide medication management and monitor treatment response, effectiveness, and tolerability

·       Utilize evidence-based treatment options, including Deep TMS and Spravato®, when clinically appropriate

·       Collaborate with in-house therapists and other clinicians to provide coordinated, comprehensive care

·       Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated

·       Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and uphold high standards of clinical quality and patient care

·       Participate in clinical consultation, collaboration, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry

• Unrestricted Texas medical license with an active DEA registration, or ability to obtain

• Skilled in psychiatric evaluation and medication management

• TMS experience preferred or a willingness to learn, with comprehensive training and certification provided

• Excellent communicator with a collaborative, ethical, and solution-focused approach

• Comfortable with EMR systems and telehealth technology

• Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning
