The Role

We’re seeking an exceptional Product Manager to drive the development and optimization of our core AI scribe and documentation product while spearheading growth initiatives. This role combines product excellence with data-driven experimentation to create delightful experiences that drive growth and engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Enhance Core Product: Build and refine intuitive, well-designed, user-centric products that deliver exceptional value to customers.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive product execution and alignment with growth goals.

• Drive Growth Strategy: Design and execute growth experiments to optimize user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. Use growth hacking techniques to drive rapid iteration, including A/B testing, viral loops, and onboarding optimizations.

• Leverage Data: Analyze user behavior, product performance, and funnel metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Monitor & Improve KPIs: Define and track key performance metrics to measure product and growth success.

About You

• Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on core product development and growth in B2B SaaS.

• Data-Driven Growth Hacker: Expertise in experimentation, analytics, and proven growth hacking strategies.

• User-Centric Vision: Passion for building delightful, user-first experiences that align with business objectives.

• Strong Design Acumen: An eye for clean, intuitive product design and UX.

• Collaborative & Adaptable: Skilled at working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.

• AI and/or Healthcare experience (Bonus): Experience with LLMs and the healthcare industry are a plus, but not required.

Bonus points

• You have experience in healthcare or a related regulated industry.

Salary, compensation, and benefits

$150,000  to $250,000 annual salary
