About the role

We're looking for a Part Time Recruiter to join our team and help us build the next generation of DeepScribe's talent across our go-to-market, customer success, and sales teams.

This person will own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to closing, and will play a key role in ensuring we hire exceptional people quickly and thoughtfully as we continue to grow. While the primary focus will be on GTM, CS, and sales hiring, this person may also support recruiting across our Engineering, Product, and Design organization as needed."

What you’ll do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across customer success, go-to-market, and sales, with occasional support across our EPD org as needed.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and interview processes

  • Build diverse candidate pipelines through creative sourcing strategies 

  • Screen candidates for role fit and culture alignment, ensuring a great candidate experience throughout

  • Support coordination of interviews and maintain candidate communications through Kula (ATS)

  • Provide guidance to hiring teams on recruiting best practices, interview feedback, and decision-making

  • Track metrics to ensure efficiency and transparency in the hiring process

  • Represent DeepScribe’s mission, values, and culture to prospective candidates

About you

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on GTM, customer success, or sales roles; ; exposure to engineering or technical recruiting a plus

  • Proven ability to source and close top talent in a competitive market

  • Experience working with startup or high-growth tech companies preferred

  • Strong communication and organization skills — able to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Experience using ATS systems and sourcing tools

  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment

Contract Details

  • Compensation: $30–$45 per hour, depending on experience

  • Hours: Approximately 25 hours per week

  • Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs
