About the role

We’re looking for an exceptional product engineer who would thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling startup environment. You will build interfaces for AI-powered workflows that save providers hours of documentation time, enabling them to focus on patient care. You’ll drive the development of intuitive interfaces for both providers and our support team and write code across the stack to get the job done.

What you’ll do

• Contribute to the design and implementation of our real-time LLM-powered platform, making critical architectural decisions that will shape the future of our product

• Own critical pieces of the user journey such as onboarding, note customization, and in-the-moment insights

• Collaborate across functions (product, design, clinical subject matter experts, sales/go-to-market, etc) to ensure we’re building and launching best-in-class products

• Mentor and guide other engineers in best practices for building robust code for AI-first applications

About you

• You have a deep appreciation for excellent design and a track record of delivering polished, high-quality user experiences.

• You thrive in ambiguity and are excited by the challenge of using novel technologies to solve problems in healthcare.

• You love working directly with end-users, particularly doctors and support staff, to create products that delight them.

• You are a versatile engineer who is comfortable with modern web architecture and eager to support cross-platform applications on desktop and iOS.

• You’re comfortable working across the stack and learning whatever you need to ship products

• You move fast while keeping the quality bar high

Nice to have

• Experience with Electron or a similar cross platform framework

• Experience with building and deploying mobile or desktop applications

• Experience working with sensitive data and familiarity with SOC-2/HIPAA

• Experience with managing and optimizing AWS architecture

This is a remote position, although Bay Area residents are encouraged to work from our SF office.
