You are a technically grounded, execution-focused leader who thrives at the intersection of engineering and real-world operations. You are equally comfortable in front of a customer as you are deep in system architecture discussions with engineers.
Serve as the primary Technical Point of Contact for customers, ensuring seamless demonstrations, integration, and operational deployment of Digantara’s systems.
Translate operational challenges into engineering requirements and work with Digantara’s product and R&D teams to drive rapid solution adaptation and iteration.
Capture feedback and insights from demonstrations and deployments to shape product evolution and roadmap.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues in the field and provide rapid, reliable fixes.
Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Product, and Strategy, ensuring end-to-end delivery aligned with mission objectives and customer expectations.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
Proven experience in deploying and supporting mission-critical systems (preferably in aerospace, defence, or space-tech domains).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
Strong communication skills, capable of interfacing directly with both operational users and senior strategic stakeholders.
Ability to work in dynamic, high-pressure environments with government and defence stakeholders.
Build technical documentation, presentations, and proposal builds to support customer requirements
Demonstrated experience in Systems Engineering, Hardware Engineering, or Astrodynamics, with exposure to end-to-end system lifecycle considerations.
Prior involvement in satellite development, payload integration, or space mission execution.
Experience in customer-facing technical roles, particularly within defence or sovereign capability programs.
