We are seeking a dynamic and execution-driven Product Leader to build and scale one of Digantara’s flagship B2B SaaS platforms from 0→1.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, brings strong experience in building MVPs from first principles, and has successfully managed small product teams. This individual will bridge Engineering and GTM, define the product roadmap, and establish the foundations of the product function within the organization.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a mission-critical, high-stakes domain such as space and defence operations.
Conduct product discovery to define the product vision, MVP scope, and long-term roadmap aligned with company strategy and customer needs.
Research and analyse user personas, customer journeys, competitive landscape, and market positioning to build differentiated product offerings.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Business Development, and Operations to translate business requirements into scalable product solutions.
Perform end-to-end product lifecycle ownership — including backlog management, sprint planning, release execution, pricing strategy, GTM alignment, adoption tracking, and post-launch optimization.
Build and nurture the first product team by establishing processes, documentation standards, agile rituals, and structured product governance.
Act as the bridge between GTM and Engineering, ensuring product releases align with enterprise sales cycles, customer commitments, and operational constraints.
Define and track KPIs across adoption, engagement, retention, and market impact.
Champion a customer-centric approach while balancing technical feasibility and business objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
12+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing or mentoring a small product team.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, and product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
Ability to operate independently in high-ambiguity, fast-paced startup environments while driving structured execution.
Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills.
Strong leadership capability with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a lean startup culture with high autonomy and accountability.
Ability to communicate effectively with both deep technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
