We are hiring a Manager/Lead – HRBP to build High performing Engineering Organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end HRBP for the Hardware Engineering BU - hiring, onboarding, performance, promotions, exits, Employee Experience on key moments

  • Drive productivity initiatives - work with engineering leads on org structure, workflow bottlenecks, capacity planning

  • Own people programs for the BU - engagement, L&D, career frameworks, Productivity

  • Drive culture on the ground - regular floor/lab time with engineers, not just calendar syncs

  • Partner with BU leadership on org design and workforce planning, backed by data and Outside in pov

  • Ensure every employee experience reflects Digantara’s core values and future-forward vision.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-7 years as HRBP/HR Generalist

  • Experience in hardware engineering, manufacturing, or another build/product environment - not only software/IT

  • Startup or fast-paced company background

  • Strong stakeholder management with engineering leadership and ICs

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in space-tech, defense, high-performance R&D, or dual-use technology startups.

  • Personal passion for space, national security, or sustainability.

Location : Hebbal

Work Mandate : 5 days from office
