Ideal Candidate:

  • Basic understanding of accounting operations, financial transactions, and book-keeping processes.

  • Ability to perform accounting entries, reconciliations, and support month-end activities.

  • Experience or exposure to intercompany accounting, billing, and financial documentation.

  • Ability to support internal audits and maintain accurate records.

  • Strong attention to detail with good analytical and organizational skills.

  • Ability to collaborate with finance teams and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.


Responsibilities:

Accounting Operations

  • Perform day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts.

  • Record, verify, and reconcile financial transactions.

  • Assist in month-end accounting activities and preparation of accounting schedules.

  • Ensure accounting records are maintained in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Intercompany Accounting & Billing

  • Process intercompany cross charges and billing transactions accurately and on time.

  • Reconcile intercompany balances and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

  • Maintain supporting documentation for intercompany transactions.

Internal Audit Support

  • Provide cross-functional support during internal audits.

  • Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and required financial information.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closure of audit queries.

  • Assist in implementing recommendations arising from audit observations.

Accounting Controls & Compliance

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.

  • Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions.

  • Support adherence to internal financial controls and compliance requirements.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with finance and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of accounting activities.

  • Support ad hoc finance and accounting assignments as required.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.

  • MBA (Finance) preferred.

  • 0–3 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or audit support.

  • Fresh graduates with relevant internships may also apply.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in finance operations.

  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Proactive approach with ownership of assigned tasks.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
