Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer I to manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support for end-user computing and workspace technology

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support Windows and Mac laptops, including setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance 

  • Provide technical support for printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve WiFi connectivity issues for end users 

  • Manage meeting room technology, including AV equipment, video conferencing systems, and display screens 

  • Respond to IT support tickets and requests in a timely manner 

  • Perform hardware and software installations and upgrades 

  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and assets 

  • Manage hardware and software asset lifecycle including deployment, tracking, and disposal 

  • Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles 

 Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk role 

  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems 

  • Experience with printer management and troubleshooting 

  • Understanding of wireless networking basics 

  • Experience with hardware and software asset management 

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills 

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple task
