Here’s what you need to know about this position:

THE WORK

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce across Sales and Service Cloud.

• Build and maintain modular Flows and declarative automations to support complex business processes. Develop and maintain integrations with SAP and other internal or external systems via APIs or middleware.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and Salesforce admins to refine requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using a methodical, problem-solving approach.

• Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits, coding standards, and platform best practices.

• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and maintain clear technical documentation.

NEEDED EXPERTISE 

• Five years or more of Salesforce development experience focused on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and declarative tools like Flows and Process Builder.

• Advanced understanding of Flow orchestration and scalable automation design.

• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with SAP or similar ERP systems.

• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform limits, order of execution, and development best practices.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required, with Developer II preferred. Experience with Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
