THE WORK

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to implement cloud-native solutions and drive platform modernization, ensuring seamless user experiences and measurable business impact from the start.

• Contribute to shaping and executing the product roadmap, balancing scalability, performance, and business objectives, while focusing on actionable results.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends in cloud services, DevOps tools, and infrastructure automation, enabling quick adaptation to market needs.

• Lead product launches with a focus on timely execution, aligning teams to deliver quality results on schedule.

• Monitor product performance and gathered user feedback, identifying key opportunities for growth and optimization.

• Translate technical complexity into clear business value, ensuring effective communication between engineering, customer-facing teams, and leadership.

• Lead cross-functional teams through complex product initiatives, driving efficient project delivery and achieving key milestones.

NEEDED EXPERTISE 

• 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in Professional Services or Project Management within cloud-focused or SaaS environments.

• Practical experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), and a solid understanding of application migration and managed services.

• Proven project management skills with the ability to drive execution and ensure teams meet deadlines while delivering quality results.

• Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to translate insights into actionable product strategies.

• A solid understanding of UX/UI design principles to guide product decisions that balance user experience with technical execution.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product initiatives with a focus on efficient execution and successful outcomes.

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or similar platforms for managing product backlogs and sprint planning.
