Here’s what you need to know about this position:

THE WORK

• Define and drive experimentation and CRO strategy tied to product and business goals

• Translate customer pain points and commercial objectives into structured optimization roadmaps Design and run scalable A/B and multivariate testing programs with strong measurement frameworks

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, data, engineering) to ship and learn from experiments

• Monitor funnel performance and user behavior using tools like GA4, Hotjar, or Mixpanel

• Champion experimentation culture internally, aligning stakeholders and building a shared testing language

• Synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations that improve conversion and customer experience

NEEDED EXPERTISE 

• 5+ years experience in conversion rate optimization, experimentation, or growth strategy roles

• Proven track record designing and executing CRO/testing programs across digital products

• Comfortable with experimentation tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, etc.) and analytics platforms (GA4, Mixpanel, FullStory)

• Strong grasp of digital customer journeys and how UX, performance, and strategy interconnect

• Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights and tell compelling, data-backed stories

• Confident leading workshops, aligning stakeholders, and influencing strategy

• Experience working in fast-paced, product-led or growth-driven environments
