Here’s what you need to know about this position:

THE WORK

  • Must be located in Austin, Texas.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and providing after-sales support.

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and targeted outreach (email, phone, social media).

  • Present products to potential clients and schedule meetings with Sales Engineers or Business Development Managers.

  • Maintain regular client communication to understand needs, resolve issues, and build long-term partnerships.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams on campaigns using tools like Salesforce and Seamless.AI.

  • Track and update lead activity in CRM systems (Salesforce, Outreach) to ensure accurate pipeline management.

  • Use customer feedback to improve experience, generate ideas for brand awareness, and report sales performance regularly.

NEEDED EXPERTISE

  • 4 years of experience in SaaS and Cloud Computing sales with a track record of exceeding goals.

  • Familiarity with the full suite of Google Cloud products and strong knowledge of Google Workspace.

  • Skilled in sales strategy, market research, and negotiation techniques.

  • Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce; experience with Outreach is a plus.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Experience in team coordination or management roles.
