Here’s what you need to know about this position:

THE WORK

• Work closely with the PM and UX to bring early ideas to life through rapid prototyping and user-centric development.

• Lead development across backend and frontend. With a mobile-first, privacy-focused mindset.

• Design and implement robust APIs and architecture that can evolve with the product.

• Mentor junior developers as the team grows, and help set engineering best practices.

• Contribute to projects related to SLM AI& Third-Party AI API’s and apply strong algorithmic thinking to solve complex challenges.

NEEDED EXPERTISE 

• Senior-level experience with JavaScript and TypeScript across the stack (React, Node.js or similar).

• Solid architectural thinking and the desire to grow into an Architect role within 18-24 months.

• Experience working independently in early-stage environments or small teams.

• Comfortable collaborating directly with stakeholders and shaping product requirements.

• Passion for clean, scalable code, strong attention to detail, and fast iteration cycles.
