Job type: Full Time · Department: Marketing · Work type: Remote

Founded in Scottsdale, Arizona, equipifi is a fast growing, early-stage SaaS fintech building the credit infrastructure for modern banking. We make Buy Now, Pay Later a native banking product by powering financial institutions with flexible financing solutions embedded within their digital banking experience. Learn more at equipifi.com.
Our team is built on experience, talent, and - most importantly, attitude. We thrive in a fast-paced environment and value infinite curiosity, a people-first mindset, and a shared commitment to learning, growth, and pride in the work we do. At equipifi, we practice radical transparency, encouraging team members to move quickly, share ideas openly, and collaborate with peers who will respectfully challenge one another as we learn, build, and grow together. Success in this role comes from the ability to adapt fast, question the status quo, explore new ideas, and ask thoughtful (sometimes uncomfortable) questions— - all while maintaining momentum in service of better customer outcomes. The work we do takes a village - and in an environment that moves fast, we embrace the adventure together.
As our Product Marketing Manager, you'll own the bridge between what we build and how we sell it. That means shaping the GTM narrative, keeping the sales and marketing teams armed with the right message at the right time, and making sure our product's value lands the way it should - clearly, compellingly, and backed by customer insights.
You'll be the person who turns a great customer win into a case study, a new product capability into a crisp sales pitch, and a growing library of metrics into a story the market actually wants to hear. Part strategist, part storyteller, part cross-functional glue; this role sits at the intersection of product, sales, marketing, and customer success, and has a direct line to how equipifi shows up in market.
A best-in-class sales toolkit. You'll audit, rebuild, and continuously sharpen the collateral that our sales team relies on - from the core sales deck to one-pagers, battle cards, and beyond. Success here means the team is equipped with the right message at every stage, prospects are responding, and you have the data to back it up.
A repeatable engine for customer proof. You'll build the process for capturing case studies, testimonials, and success metrics - then turn them into assets that strengthen our value prop across every stage of the funnel. That includes cultivating the relationships with customer advocates that keep this engine running long-term.
The connective tissue between product, sales, and customers. When a new product capability launches, you're the one making sure sales knows how to sell it, marketing knows how to say it, and customers know why it matters. You'll create the processes that bring these teams into alignment.
A product marketing track record. 4–7 years in product marketing or B2B marketing, ideally at a SaaS or fintech company where the product and sales teams were both moving fast, the industry wasn't standing still, and alignment was something you had to build.
The ability to write for two very different audiences. You can translate a technical product update into a sales pitch without breaking a sweat, and you know the difference between a release note and a revenue moment. Bonus points if you’ve had financial institutions as an audience.
A nose for a good story. You've worked directly with customers (preferably on an advisory board) and you know how to turn a great outcome into something the market actually wants to read.
A cross-functional reputation. Product, Sales, and Customer Success all know you by name - and they're big fans of yours You've built trust across these teams and success metrics on how you collaborate to get to a collective outcome.
Enough tech and data fluency to measure what matters. You don't need to be an analyst, but you know how to pull the numbers that prove impact and present them in a way that lands.
Comfort in the gray area. Ambiguity doesn't scare you. In fact, you kind of like being the person who brings order to it.
The ability to juggle without dropping. You're organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple priorities without losing momentum or quality. This role will be responsible for moving projects and priorities across their finish lines - you’ve done it, and you won’t skip a beat.
Familiarity with the basics. HubSpot, Canva, and the Office Suite are already in your rotation - no onboarding required.
This role reports to our super-talented, brand-OG SVP Marketing, Jazzy Zhu. We're sure, by now, that you've noticed you'll be working in lockstep with our sales reps and VP Sales, Lo Smith, along with our fellow marketers - and especially our Customer Success and Account Management folks. That means close partnership with Michelle, our Head of Customer Success, and Brandon, our Senior Account Manager, along with their respective teams.

Our qualifications are meant to set everyone up for success, but let’s face it - startups aren’t in the business of mundane box checking.
