Now, we’re looking for a Capital Markets & Investor Relations Lead to help tell the Flow story to the world’s smartest investors — and keep them hyped about what’s next. If you’ve got a passion for numbers, narratives, and building in the open, we’d love to meet you.

What You'll Actually Do

• Be the strategic connector between Flow and the investor ecosystem: VCs, institutions, token holders, and analysts.

• Craft a clear, compelling, hype-but-grounded story that aligns with our product roadmap and long-term vision.

• Own our quarterly investor updates — earnings decks, token insights, IR calls, and fireside chats.

• Create and maintain top-notch materials: pitch decks, fact packs, financial models, and ecosystem maps.

• Keep your finger on the pulse of the macro crypto markets and synthesize what matters for Flow.

• Be the go-to contact for inbound investor questions and due diligence support.

• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing — so what we say outside matches what we’re building inside.

You’re Probably a Fit If You...

• Have experience in IR, IB, Equity Research, or something adjacent (bonus points for crypto/fintech exposure).

• Can take complex technical and economic ideas and turn them into sharp, investor-ready narratives.

• Are comfortable building models, owning metrics, and knowing when to zoom into details or zoom out to strategy.

• Have incredible communication skills — crisp writing, confident presenting, and a knack for storytelling.

• Know your way around blockchain concepts (or are excited to dive in headfirst).

• Enjoy working across teams, fast-moving environments, and big “0→1” moments.
