We’re looking for a ready-to-serve Business Development Associate to elevate our growing network.

What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Daily Superpowers)

• Be the first face and fix-it-all teammate for DeFi partners — whether they’re launching lending protocols, bringing new yield products to market, or integrating NFTs with tokenized liquidity.

• Keep onboarding smooth: monitor partner progress, clear roadblocks, and get answers fast by coordinating with Engineering, Product, and Support.

• Create docs that don’t suck: prep onboarding materials, integration guides, Notion playbooks, and decks that make devs actually smile.

• Champion the partner POV: advocate for feedback, surface opportunities, and make sure no API tweak or config bug slows down their roadmap.

• Track what matters: integration time, activation rates, yield adoption, and KPIs that help us improve.

• Help manage relationships with lenders, borrowers, LPs, and DeFi curators — we’re building a better blockchain economy together.

• Spin up engagement: support workshops, hackathons, webinars, and behind-the-scenes enablement to drive success across our ecosystem.

What You Bring to the Table

• 4–5+ years in a BD/partner success role within DeFi, Web3 lending/yield, or fintech — bonus points if you’ve worked with dev-heavy clients.

• A love for simplifying the complex — you can explain an LP vault, an API call, or a bridge mechanic to a founder without breaking a sweat.

• Strong ops mindset — organized, process-driven, and laser-focused on improving workflows.

• Great with people — you know how to build trust, keep lines open, and turn bumps in the road into long-term wins.

• Familiarity with developer tooling, onboarding flows, and Web3 protocols (no need to be a dev, but you speak the lingo).

• You’re hyped about what Flow is building and ready to roll up your sleeves to help DeFi projects scale securely and creatively.
