Flow is a layer one blockchain designed from the ground up as a platform for a new generation of Web3 apps, games, and the digital assets that power them. Flow is home today to millions of users and apps from top tier creators including Dapper Labs (NBA, NFL, Disney) as well as industry leaders such as Mattel (Barbie, Hot Wheels), LiveNation / Ticketmaster, and many more.

We're looking for a hands-on Head of Product Marketing to own the go-to-market strategy for Flow’s developer tools, ecosystem programs, and core blockchain narrative. You’ll turn complex infrastructure into irresistible product stories that speak to devs, founders, and crypto-native builders alike.

This isn’t a "manage-the-agency" kind of role. You’ll be the creative strategist, copywriter, and execution engine—working side-by-side with product and ecosystem teams to ship fast, learn fast, and iterate even faster.

What You’ll Do

  • Launch, learn, repeat: Own the go-to-market motion for Flow protocol updates, developer tools, and ecosystem milestones. Build positioning that resonates with Web3 builders, and ship launch campaigns that drive real usage.

  • Craft crystal-clear narratives: Break down technical features into compelling product stories across site copy, blog posts, decks, social threads, and events.

  • Build GTM muscle from scratch: No playbook? No problem. You’ll create fast feedback loops with dev rels, product, and community to tighten positioning and messaging based on user insight.

  • Connect the dots across teams: Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and ecosystem BD to surface value props that matter and deliver messaging that sticks.

  • Measure and iterate: Track what’s landing and what’s not. Tweak messaging, formats, and channels based on performance and qualitative feedback.

  • Evangelize Flow: Whether it's on a social thread, at a hackathon, or in a Notion one-pager—you're always ready to explain why Flow matters.

About You

  • You're a one-person product marketing machine—equally strong at strategy, storytelling, and execution.

  • You’ve got real crypto chops: You understand smart contracts, token mechanics, and the builder mindset. You’ve marketed to Web3 devs or launched in the space.

  • You love fast feedback: ship, test, improve is how you operate.

  • You’ve got marketing or product marketing experience, ideally in startups, dev tools, or blockchain.

  • You’re a pro at breaking down technical concepts into language that inspires developers and ecosystem partners.

  • Comfortable working async and autonomously—but never in a silo.

  • You live for shipping—whether it’s a launch plan, a meme thread, or a Notion roadmap, you move fast and iterate fast.
