For Now Marketing (FNM) is a Braze-specialized CRM and lifecycle marketing consultancy, and a Braze Alloys service partner. We design, build and run the customer messaging programs behind brands people use every day, from welcome flows to winback. We are a small, senior team that is growing on purpose, and the people who join now will shape what FNM becomes.
As a Consultant, you will own client projects from plan to launch. You will design Braze solutions for standard use cases, lead launches, and be a trusted day-to-day partner for the client's CRM, martech and data teams.
Design Braze solutions for standard use cases, and know when Braze can't do something natively.
Ship client builds with accuracy and catch your own errors, so review confirms the work instead of fixing it.
Run QA and lead launches, including timing, time zones, dev testing and sunsetting the old message.
Pick the right integration approach for a client's use case (SDK, REST API or webhook), and explain what it will take from the client.
Plan projects end to end: phases, milestones, tasks and dates, delivered on time.
Run client calls with a clear agenda and send recaps that move the project forward.
Write weekly client updates that flag the risks and asks that matter, and propose next steps.
Track scope against the contract as work happens, and raise overages or timeline risk early, with options.
Bring leadership proof of value and expansion ideas ahead of renewal, with evidence.
3 to 5 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, with at least 2 years hands-on in Braze.
Braze certification.
Working knowledge of Liquid, HTML and CSS, plus enough SQL to troubleshoot why existing code isn't working.
A clear understanding of how data flows from a client's source systems into Braze, and how it is structured once it lands.
Experience with conversion events, UTMs and attribution, and a habit of deciding what to measure before launch.
Working knowledge of deliverability and messaging rules, such as IP warming, TCPA and GDPR.
Client-facing experience, and the ability to explain technical ideas to marketers, engineers and executives.
Comfort using AI tools such as Claude to plan, build and document your work.
Agency or consultancy experience across several clients at once.
Experience with a CDP or warehouse, such as Segment, mParticle, Snowflake or BigQuery.
A platform migration, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Braze.
$108,000 base salary per year.
Performance bonus of up to $12,000 per year at target, paid quarterly.
$120,000 total annual compensation at target.
