We are looking for a Technical Vessel Manager to take ownership of the technical performance, reliability, and long-term efficiency of a fleet of offshore vessels. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring operational excellence by driving continuous improvement, optimizing technical processes, and supporting large-scale maritime projects.
You’ll act as the central figure in technical management — working closely with onshore and offshore teams, challenging execution methods, and ensuring that every technical decision contributes to performance, safety, and long-term value.

What you bring:
• A technical degree (e.g. Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture) or equivalent hands-on experience within the maritime industry
• Proven experience managing technical operations and leading engineering teams
• Strong knowledge of marine systems, including propulsion, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Experience with maintenance strategies and continuous improvement methodologies
• Solid understanding of financial processes, procurement, and contract management
• Willingness to be based at headquarters with regular travel to vessels
