AFM, the Dutch authority supervising financial markets, is looking for an Actuarial Specialist in the Pensions Team. You’ll analyse risks, trends, and the financial health of pension arrangements, working on both ongoing and thematic projects. Use your actuarial expertise to provide actionable insights, contribute to reports, and help shape AFM’s approach to emerging market developments.

What you bring:

• Academic degree in an actuarially relevant field

• 3–4 years of relevant work experience

• Strong analytical skills & experience with data and actuarial calculations

• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams

• Proactive mindset and excellent Dutch (spoken & written)
