Regional Partner Success Manager

Client: Microsoft Dynamics Partner

Location: Netherlands and Germany

Work setup: Remote with office near Amersfoort and Hamburg

We are looking for a Regional Partner Success Manager – Technical Services to support partners across multiple countries in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. You’ll advise partners, help them overcome technical challenges, build pipelines, and close commercial opportunities for technical service projects.

What you bring:

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem, strong knowledge of Business Central

• Strong commercial mindset with a service-oriented approach

• Experience building relationships with partners and Microsoft teams

• Stability to manage project pipelines and collaborate with technical teams

• Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch or German is a plus
