Business Development Manager – Digital Banking

Location: Belgium and the Netherlands

We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Digital Banking to grow our client’s presence in the Benelux market. You’ll engage with senior banking stakeholders, identify opportunities, and guide clients through digital transformation initiatives across banking and fintech solutions.

What you bring:

• 5–10 years’ experience in sales within banking or fintech

• Proven ability to engage with C-level stakeholders

• Experience selling digital banking platforms, core banking, payments, or fintech products

• Strong network in the Benelux banking ecosystem

• Skilled in managing long, complex sales cycles
