DEME is looking for a Technical Works Manager who will play a key role in optimizing fleet intervention projects, and will ensure that schedules align with production priorities and are executed seamlessly.

What you bring:

• Strong team player with excellent communication and reporting skills.

• Proficient in planning tools such as Primavera and Microsoft Project (can be learned on the job as well).

• Strong technical knowledge in ship repair/conversion.

• Proactive mindset with exceptional analytical skills and planning abilities.
