Vacancy: ServiceNow ITSM Developer (Medior–Senior)

Location: Amsterdam, The Netherlands

Build impactful ServiceNow solutions as an ITSM Developer!

Join a dynamic team where you’ll design and implement workflows, integrations, and automation within ServiceNow. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, contribute to high-quality implementations, and (at senior level) help shape technical direction.

What you bring:

• Experience with ServiceNow implementations

• Strong knowledge of ITSM (SPM is a plus)

• Experience with integrations, workflows, and scripting

• Familiarity with ITOM, IRM/SecOps, or TPRM is a plus

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS) preferred

• Agile mindset and solid development best practices
