What you bring:
Front-End Artistry: Deep expertise in Employee Center/ Service Portal, custom Widget development, and styling with CSS and HTML.
The Credentials: Mandatory CSA and CIS certifications - these are your ticket to the team.
Module Mastery: A proven track record implementing and supporting ITSM and SPM solutions.
Full Lifecycle Experience: You’ve seen projects through from initial development to maintenance and ongoing support.
Technical Edge: Strong scripting skills and a background in Agile environments.
A "Plus" Factor: Knowledge of HRSD, CMDB, or Mobile solutions is highly valued.
