Vacancy: ServiceNow Architect

Location: Amsterdam, The Netherlands

Lead the future of ServiceNow architecture!

Join an expert-level team where you will serve as the technical authority for medium to large-scale ServiceNow implementations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end architectural design, leading technical teams, and converting complex business requirements into robust technical solutions across diverse modules.

What you bring:

• 8 to 12 years of experience in ITSM solutions, with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow.

• Proven track record in Architecture level configurations and leading full implementation lifecycles.

• Deep technical expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and Scoped Applications.

• Hands-on experience with domain-separated instances and Agile/Scrum SDLC processes.

• Strong coding skills in JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS for custom application design.

• Experience in ServiceNow Discovery and Run Book Automation is highly preferred.

• ITIL certification and relevant ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS) are desired.
