Location: Amsterdam, The Netherlands (with travel requirements across Europe)

Lead the ServiceNow Solutioning for Europe!

Step into a high-impact leadership role as the primary point of contact for customer and TCS senior leadership. You will head the ServiceNow Solutioning for the Enterprise Solutions Unit in Europe, providing thought leadership to mature the service portfolio and establish long-term, value-driven partnerships.

What you bring:

  • 15 to 20 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in leading and managing IT services delivery.

  • Proven track record of owning and delivering ServiceNow solutions.

  • Deep experience in a Managed Services environment with both onshore and offshore delivery models.

  • Strong business development background, including direct sales, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, and partner management.

  • Expertise in CXO relationship management and market connectivity.

  • Strong solution and pre-sales capabilities.

  • Ability to manage delivery capabilities in line with budgets, headcount, and stringent SLA obligations.

  • Financial acumen and experience in supporting new business and account growth.

  • An influential personality with effective negotiating skills and the ability to shape and improve processes.
