Vacancy: (Senior) Supervisor Digital Operational Resilience (DORA)

AFM, the Dutch authority supervising financial markets, is looking for a (Senior) Supervisor Digital Operational Resilience (DORA) within the Capital Markets division. In this role, you will assess whether trading platforms, proprietary trading firms, and clearing & settlement institutions comply with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). You will help strengthen the digital resilience of the Dutch financial markets by supervising IT risk management, cyber resilience, incident handling, and outsourcing controls.

You will lead investigations, engage with market participants and regulators, and contribute to shaping AFM’s supervisory strategy for digital resilience. Working closely with experts from AFM, DNB, and ESMA, you will have direct impact on the stability and future of the financial sector.

What you bring:

• Academic degree in Information Science, (Technical) Business Administration, or another relevant STEM field

• 3+ years of relevant experience, for example as an IT auditor, operational auditor, or supervisor

• Knowledge of DORA, COBIT, internal control frameworks, or related regulations

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams

• Proactive mindset and excellent Dutch & English communication skills

• RE or CISA certification is a plus
