We are looking for a Technical Equipment Supervisor (TES) to take full ownership of the technical performance and operational execution of Cable Burial Tools (CBT) across offshore projects.

This is a highly specialized role where technical expertise, operational leadership, and continuous improvement come together to ensure efficient and reliable cable burial operations.

You’ll act as the key authority both on board and onshore, ensuring that equipment is maintained to the highest standards and that burial operations are executed in line with project requirements. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will play a central role in optimizing processes, improving equipment performance, and developing the capabilities of the operational crew.

What you bring:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a technical or offshore environment

• Background in hydraulics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or electronics

• Strong understanding of complex equipment operations and maintenance

• Experience working in demanding, high-pressure environments with a hands-on mindset

• Ability to lead, train, and coordinate operational teams onboard

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Flexibility and willingness to work in offshore rotation
