Join a dynamic CoE team where you’ll help stakeholders articulate their needs and map out optimal platform workflows. You'll keep your finger on the pulse of ServiceNow innovations, push for Out-Of-The-Box (OOTB) best practices, and translate high-level demands into clear, actionable development stories.

What you bring:

• Strong process consulting experience across core ServiceNow modules (5+ implementations preferred)

• Proven ability to refine business needs into high-quality technical requirements and user stories

• Familiarity with IT4IT principles and a strong focus on platform innovation adoption

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred

• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to promote Citizen Development within DevOps teams

• Agile mindset, collaborative spirit, and comfort working in a multicultural environment
