Vacancy: ServiceNow Platform Operations Specialist (Medior)

You will bridge the gap between technical reliability and continuous improvement, managing everything from health checks to seamless upgrade deployments.

What you bring:

• Platform Guardian: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the operational management of ServiceNow environments, keeping workflows, integrations, and performance highly stable.

• The Credentials: Mandatory CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certifications, alongside ITIL Foundation.

• Technical Edge & Scripting: Strong hands-on expertise with JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio, and Scripted REST APIs.

• Data & Infrastructure Mastery: Deep understanding of the CMDB structure, CSDM frameworks, and managing integrations via MID Servers, LDAP, SSO, and SOAP/REST webservices.

• DevOps & Agile Mindset: Proven track record working in an Agile/DevOps environment, collaborating closely with functional managers and developers.

• Broad Module Exposure: Solid knowledge of key ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, or APM.
