Vacancy: Works Manager

 

We are looking for an experienced Works Manager to lead the operational execution of large-scale offshore subsea cable installation projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that complex offshore operations are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and maintaining a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction.

You'll work closely with Project Managers, Site Superintendents, and Project Engineers, overseeing the bigger picture of project execution while ensuring that day-to-day site activities align with project objectives.

Key responsibilities:

·         Master's degree in Civil Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

·         At least 3 years of experience managing complex offshore engineering or subsea cable installation projects.

·         Strong understanding of offshore construction and installation methodologies.

·         Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and managing operational execution on site.

·         Hands-on, proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

·         Commitment to maintaining high QHSE standards and delivering projects on time and within budget.

·         Willingness to work abroad on offshore projects for extended periods.

·         Fluent English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
