We are looking for a Technical Engineer – Offshore Systems to support the reliability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the specialized offshore equipment installed across DEME's fleet.
In this role, you'll work closely with vessel crews, operational teams, suppliers, and fellow engineers to solve complex technical challenges, improve equipment reliability, and support the integration of offshore systems on both new and existing vessels.
What you bring:
A Master's degree in Electromechanical Engineering or another relevant technical discipline
Around 5+ years of experience in a complex technical engineering environment
Experience with offshore equipment, heavy lifting, subsea, hydraulic, electrical, or other specialized offshore systems is a strong advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in maintenance, mobilizations, asset reliability, and system integration
A hands-on, collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders
Willingness to travel occasionally to vessels, shipyards, suppliers, and project sites
