Your role
As a Tech Savvy Recruitment Consultant, your primary role is very clear: you play a key role in helping our clients overcome complex hiring challenges. Alongside your recruitment work, you bring a technology mindset to the team.
You manage international searches, identify and engage top-talent, and guide candidates and clients through the hiring process. You work closely with hiring managers and take ownership of delivering strong hiring outcomes.
You stay curious about new tools, sourcing techniques, AI developments, and automations that can improve the way we recruit. You test ideas, share insights with colleagues, and help us continuously optimise our recruitment approach.
Who you are
You have at least 2 years of experience (recruitment or a tech role)
You finished a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a tech direction
Recruitment technology and AI developments have your interest
You are digitally confident, fluent in English, analytical, and proactive
