About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our high-impact Talent team and help us continue scaling Healthie’s exceptional engineering, product, and data teams — fast, thoughtfully, and with serious talent craft.

As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll play a critical role in attracting and hiring top technical talent to power Healthie’s mission of transforming digital healthcare delivery. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting across software engineering, product, and data — with some support on key business roles — partnering closely with hiring managers and leaders to build diverse, high-performing teams that ship impact.

You’re a powerhouse technical sourcer who thrives in competitive markets. You’ll use creative outbound strategies, smart tooling, and your network to identify, engage, and convert exceptional talent — while building sustainable, long-term pipelines that keep us ahead of hiring demand. You move quickly, but with precision, always balancing speed with quality and delivering a world-class experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume technical hiring across Engineering, Product, and Data (10+ hires per month)

  • Proactively source and engage top technical talent through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and in-person events

  • Partner deeply with hiring managers to understand role needs, team dynamics, and long-term workforce planning

  • Build and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines that support both immediate and future hiring

  • Represent Healthie at in-person recruiting events and industry meetups to grow our brand and network

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People Ops, Engineering, Product, and Marketing to continuously improve our hiring processes and employer brand

  • Track pipeline health, recruiting metrics, and conversion data to drive better hiring outcomes

  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience and inclusive hiring culture at every step

Reporting to the Director of Talent, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment — not a big, slow, overly corporate system. You’re energized by building structure where it matters, improving process, and making great technical hires at speed. You’re a true “do’er” who rolls up your sleeves, delivers results, and brings strong, positive energy to every interaction.


About You

You’re the kind of technical recruiter who moves fast, sweats the details, and deeply cares about people and quality of hire. You don’t just fill roles — you shape teams, build relationships, and elevate the hiring bar. You love operating in a high-growth, high-velocity environment where your impact is visible every single day.

Required:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth B2B SaaS

  • 2+ years of experience hiring for Engineering, Product, and Data roles — with a strong understanding of technical workflows and hiring needs

  • Proven technical sourcing expertise, with a track record of identifying, engaging, and converting top-tier engineering and product talent

  • Experience working in startup and scale-up environments where speed, ambiguity, and change are the norm

  • A bias for action — you move quickly, accurately, and with high attention to detail

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience recruiting in healthcare or healthtech, with familiarity around HIPAA-compliant, mission-driven environments

Details

  • This is a full-time position based in the United States

  • U.S. Work Authorization is required

  • The base salary for this role is $95,000 - $125,000 per year plus equity and annual bonus



Interview Process

Our interview process is designed to be thoughtful, transparent, and efficient. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Hiring Manager Interview

    You’ll meet with Katie (Director of Talent & Hiring Manager) to discuss your background, experience, and alignment with Healthie’s culture, mission and values. (30 minutes)

  • Executive Conversation

    You’ll meet with Erica (CEO + Cofounder) for a high-level conversation about Healthie’s vision, values, and team culture. This is an opportunity to ask questions and hear directly from one of our founders about where we’re headed and what matters most. (20 minutes)

  • Panel Interview – Group Round

    A group conversation with Cindy (Director of People Operations), Anna (VP of Finance), and Lee (Executive Assistant) from our Operations team. This round will focus on cross-functional collaboration, communication, and culture fit. (45 minutes)

  • Peer & Stakeholder Interview Two individual interviews with one of our hiring stakeholders and Cavan (CTO). This round will allow you to connect with an internal stakeholder as well as our CTO + cofunder. (30 minutes each)
