As a corporate host emcee, you will be responsible for leading corporate volunteering experiences end-to-end that are accessible, engaging, and impactful for the world's leading organizations like IBM, Amazon, ServiceNow - 60 of our 400+ customers today are from the Fortune 500 club. With a presence across 100+ countries, spanning 30+ languages, our volunteering programs are bringing people and purpose closer in every workplace - in-person, virtual, and hybrid.

Role Overview:
We're looking for engaging Emcee/Event Hosts to lead corporate volunteering experiences end-to-end from setup to facilitation to wrap-up - so volunteers leave energized and nonprofits feel truly supported. You'll join a global community of 2,000+ hosts and represent Goodera on the ground with warmth, confidence, and high attention to detail.
This role requires someone who thrives in front of people, thinks quickly on their feet, and genuinely loves creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Host and manage volunteering events tailored for corporate teams.
Represent Goodera, ensuring high standards of experience and engagement.
Communicate clearly and build strong connections with volunteers.
Ensure a seamless start-to-finish event experience for everyone involved.
Lead the entire event journey, from setting up the materials to hosting and ensuring every detail is wrapped up perfectly post the event.
Capture the magic of each moment, turning the event into unforgettable memories that volunteers will cherish.
Go beyond the event by connecting with non-profits and beneficiaries, closing the loop and deepening the impact of the experience.
Exhibit a strong passion for social impact and a deep understanding of the causes and effects of volunteering activities.
Support local sourcing and event readiness by helping procure required materials locally, coordinating with Thai vendors or online platforms, and ensuring everything is arranged well in advance for a smooth and successful event.
What We're Looking For
Public speaking or facilitation experience (corporate events, workshops, trainings, performances, community gatherings, etc.).
Comfort managing event logistics and leading with a clear agenda.
Strong people skills, emotional intelligence, and a confident, approachable presence.
Ability to handle unexpected challenges calmly and professionally.
Bonus: Background in acting, comedy, improv, stand-up, emceeing, or teaching.
Requirements
Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for 2 ~ 4 hours.
Reliable transportation to venues within your city.
Fluent in Thai and English (bilingual is a plus).
