We are looking for a Senior Engagement Manager who will lead a small team of Client Engagement managers, and provide ongoing support to our clients. You will be responsible for revenue realization and account expansion of our large and mid enterprise clients. You should be able to contribute to building relationships, implementing new programs that will increase businessʼ revenue potential,

Meet (and hopefully exceed) the revenue growth targets for accounts mapped to your pod (large and mid enterprise clients)
Lead a team of associates, leads and engagement managers (“pod”), and manage the clientele for your pod
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations and build and maintain strong relationships with them
Organise and lead client engagement interventions including business reviews, workshops, project updates, proposals and presentations
Take ownership of client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Collaborate with internal teams to understand and execute on client project goals and objectives.
5-8 years of experience, a background in Strategy Consulting and Startups is highly preferred.
Exceptional communication and articulation skills (written and verbal) to present - ideas, approaches and solutions.
Preferred: Exposure to working with mid/ large global customers
Passion for social impact and belief in the impact that can be delivered by purpose-led engagement of the workforce.
Strong analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative.
Bias for action, high energy, perseverance, low ego and boundaryless behaviour to propel the team and organisation forward
