Role Brief:

We are looking for an Associate/Sr. Associate - Client Engagement who can provide ongoing support to our clients. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with volunteering champions worldwide, proposing and implementing new programs to improve the business revenue potential, and minimize churn rates. Key Responsibilities:

As a Sr. Associate - Client Engagement you will:

• Support the Client Engagement Manager in managing client communications and coordination, including proposals and project updates.  

• Communicate with clients to understand their volunteering related needs, expectations, and  maintain strong relationships with them.  

• Assist in organizing client engagement interventions including business reviews, workshops, project updates, proposals and presentations.  

• Take ownership of client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.  

• Meet (and hopefully exceed) the revenue growth targets for accounts mapped to you within your pod.  

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand and execute on client project goals and objectives.

Job Requirements:

• A relevant Bachelorʼs or Masterʼs degree.  

• Up to 4 years of experience in managing projects and building client relationships in a consulting set up (Social Impact Consulting experience will be a huge plus)  

• Passion for social impact and belief in the impact that can be delivered by purpose-led engagement of the workforce.  

• Strong analytical abilities  

• Exceptional articulation skills (written and verbal) to present - ideas, approaches and solutions  

• Bias for action, high energy, perseverance, low ego and boundaryless behaviour to propel the team and organization forward.  

• A strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously.
