Role Brief
Skills-Based Volunteering (SBV) is the practice of professionals using their specialized talents, i.e., coding, finance & legal expertise, or marketing strategy, to help non-profits solve complex organizational challenges. Unlike traditional volunteering activities, SBV provides non-profits with "pro bono" consulting that they otherwise could not afford.
As the SBV Associate, you are the "architect" of our most high-impact offerings. Your goal is to design the blueprints for these professional experiences, turning expertise into standardized, high-value "impact sprints" that can be sold and executed globally.
Responsibilities:
Design & Productize: Build end-to-end frameworks for SBV activities. You will create the toolkits, scoping templates, and "deliverable playbooks" that ensure a volunteer’s contribution results in a professional-grade output for an NGO.
Vertical Ownership: Own the SBV catalog. You will deepen the impact of current offerings and expand the breadth into new domains
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the "Connective Tissue" between our Sales team (to understand client demand) and our NGO team (to understand community needs), ensuring every design is both commercially viable and socially impactful.
Standardization at Scale: Take successful projects and turn them into scalable products that can be replicated across different regions and industries.
Requirements:
Experience: 2-4 years in Social Impact Consulting, Event Design/Management, or a Product-focused role.
Design Sensibility: You can create high-quality collateral (decks, kits, guides) that makes complex volunteering look simple and professional.
Structured Thinking: You have "The Framework Mindset." You love breaking down a vague goal into a step-by-step process with clear checklists and milestones.
Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills; you can navigate conversations with corporate leaders and NGO founders with equal ease.
