About the Role:

We are looking for a Strategy and Ops Lead – Operations who will help scale the operational backbone that powers Goodera’s global volunteering programs.

This role sits at the intersection of operations strategy, supply chain design, and vendor ecosystem development. The individual will work closely with internal teams and external partners to build efficient logistics systems, expand host communities, and ensure consistently high-quality volunteering experiences.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex operational challenges, optimizing systems, and building scalable processes in fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Host Community Expansion - Drive the expansion of Goodera’s global host community network by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing new hosts.

  2. Strategic Vendor Management - Develop and manage strategic relationships with vendors across logistics, materials procurement, and program delivery. Negotiate commercial terms, monitor performance, and ensure vendors consistently meet Goodera’s quality, cost, and delivery standards.

  3. Supply Chain Optimization (Logistics & Procurement) - Design and continuously improve operational workflows across logistics and procurement. Identify cost optimization opportunities, streamline vendor coordination, and implement efficient supply chain processes that support global volunteering programs.

  4. Volunteer NPS - Monitor and improve the experience of volunteers participating in Goodera programs. Analyze feedback, identify operational gaps, and collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements that enhance participant satisfaction and engagement.

  5. Quality Control - Establish systems and processes to maintain high-quality program delivery across events and geographies. Implement operational checklists, performance tracking mechanisms, and continuous improvement loops to ensure consistency and reliability in volunteering experiences.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Event NPS – volunteer satisfaction with program experiences

  • Gross Margin – maintaining healthy program economics

  • Host Community Expansion – growth of the host ecosystem

  • Logistics Cost – optimization and efficiency of operational spending

Job Requirement

  • 2–3 years of experience in Management Consulting or high-growth startups

  • Prior experience working on Supply Chain Transformation, Cost Optimization, or Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) projects

  • Strong exposure to operations strategy, logistics, procurement, or vendor management

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments
