Key Responsibilities:

  1. Update shipment tracking details on internal portals to ensure complete visibility for clients, including accurate information on materials and packaging.

  2. Monitor daily shipments and proactively identify exceptions; coordinate with the shipment team to resolve customs or logistics-related issues.

  3. Generate shipping labels for exports in alignment with fulfillment plans.

  4. Manage tracking and order coordination with local vendors across 10+ countries.

  5. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of supply chain operations.

  6. Support inventory tracking and management processes.

  7. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates across systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Strong coordination and communication skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

  3. Basic understanding or willingness to learn inventory and supply chain processes.

  4. Familiarity with AI tools or automation tools to improve operational efficiency is a plus.

  5. High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

  6. Open to receiving constructive feedback and continuously improving performance.

  7. Willingness to work rotational shifts if required.
