About the Role

We are looking for a rare-breed GTM Engineer, someone who sits at the intersection of growth strategy and technical execution. This is not a team-building role; we want a builder who thrives in ambiguity, can move at startup speed, and can own the entire go-to-market stack end-to-end. You will be the engine behind our outbound motion, pipeline generation, and revenue operations infrastructure, with no hand-holding needed.

What you will own

  • Prospecting & Outbound: Build and run multi-channel outbound programs (email, LinkedIn, calling) from scratch, targeting US B2B decision-makers. Own sequencing, personalization at scale, and performance metrics across Clay, Apollo, Reply.io, Outreach, and YAMM.

  • RevOps : Set up and maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot, pipeline reporting, attribution models, and sales velocity dashboards. Stitch together Gong call intelligence, Aligned deal rooms, and ZoomInfo enrichment into a coherent, insight-rich revenue engine.

  • SEO (Good to Have): Drive organic growth through keyword research, on-page optimization, content briefs, and technical SEO audits, with SEMRush as a core tool.

  • SEM (Good to Have): Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with a performance mindset; copy testing, budget allocation, conversion tracking, and SEMRush-backed keyword strategy.

  • Systems & Automation: Build internal tooling, integrations, and automations that eliminate manual GTM work. We are actively expanding our AI-native stack and want someone who can evaluate, integrate, and maximise value from emerging tools, not just operate the existing ones.

  • Analytics: Define and track the right GTM metrics. Build dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline and revenue signals.

Our GTM Tech Stack

We run a lean, high-leverage RevOps engine. Here is what we currently use, and we are actively scouting for smarter AI-native tools to 10x what we can do with it:

  • Outbound & Sequencing: Clay | Apollo | Outreach | Reply.io | YAMM

  • CRM & Pipeline: HubSpot

  • Conversation Intelligence: Gong

  • Deal Rooms & Buyer Enablement: Aligned

  • Prospecting Data: ZoomInfo

  • SEO & Competitive Intelligence: SEMRush

  • AI: Claude (Anthropic), embedded across research, enrichment, personalisation, and automation workflows. We want to go deeper here.

  • We do not use Salesforce. We keep the stack tight, avoid bloat, and expect you to have strong opinions on what we should add, cut, or double down on.

Who you are

  • 2+ years of hands-on GTM, growth, or sales engineering experience primarily with US B2B SaaS or tech companies.

  • Premier academic background (IITs, IIMs, NITs, BITS, or equivalent). High IQ, first-principles thinker.

  • Deep understanding of engineering systems: APIs, data pipelines, CRM architecture. You speak both 'growth' and 'tech.'

  • Hands-on experience with our stack or close equivalents. You do not need to have used all of them, but you should have strong opinions on what each tool is actually good for, and where it falls short.

  • You actively use AI (including LLMs like Claude) in your day-to-day GTM work, for enrichment, personalisation, research, or automation, and can show us exactly how.

  • You have done this before: launched outbound from zero, hit a pipeline number, debugged a broken funnel. No fluff.

  • DIY mindset: You do not need a team to execute. You build, test, iterate, and ship on your own.

  • Obsessively data-driven, you measure everything and course-correct fast.

  • Age: Preferably 25–28 years. We value energy, hunger, and intellectual horsepower over seniority.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with or selling to US enterprise buyers.

  • Prior founding or early-stage (seed/Series A) startup experience where you wore multiple GTM hats simultaneously.

  • Exposure to PLG (Product-Led Growth) motions.

  • You have already built something with AI that made a GTM team measurably better, and you can demo it.

Compensation

No upper limit — compensation is benchmarked to calibre, not title. We pay for impact.

🛠 Show us what you have built

This is not a cover-letter role. We want proof of thinking and proof of building. As part of your application, show us one of the following:

  • A working prototype - an AI-powered tool, workflow, or automation you have built that meaningfully improves a GTM or RevOps process. Could be a Clay enrichment waterfall, an LLM-personalization layer on outbound sequences, a Gong-to-HubSpot insight pipeline, a ZoomInfo + Claude enrichment agent, anything real you shipped that works.

  • A concept with teeth, if you have not built it yet, lay it out rigorously. Define the problem, sketch the architecture, name the tools, show the expected 10x improvement over the status quo, and explain why existing solutions fall short. Make us want to build it together.

  • Something we have not thought of. If you have done something impressive at the intersection of AI and GTM that does not fit the above, show us anyway. We are genuinely curious and open to being surprised.

What we will evaluate: Does it solve a real GTM problem? Is the AI/tool usage non-trivial and well-reasoned? Could it scale across a sales team? Would we actually use this? Bonus points if it makes us say 'why didn't we build this already.'

Preferred format: Loom walkthrough · GitHub repo · Notion doc · Live demo link · Slide deck. Whatever best shows the work. Should take us no more than 10 minutes to evaluate.

Why this role

This is not a cog-in-the-wheel job. You will have direct access to leadership, full ownership of your function, and the ability to put a real stamp on how we grow. If you are the kind of person who builds GTM automations on weekends, has strong opinions on what makes Clay magical, and thinks most RevOps stacks are being used at 20% of their potential, then we want to talk!
