You will own the company's tax and statutory compliance across all entities - direct and
indirect tax, transfer pricing, and the financial-information regulatory filings - and manage
our external tax advisors across India and the US.
• Own direct tax for India: corporate income tax, advance tax, tax provisioning and
deferred tax, tax audit (Form 3CD) and return filings.
• Manage transfer pricing documentation and Form 3CEB for cross-border and
intercompany transactions.
• Own indirect tax - GST returns, reconciliations and input-credit management - and
coordinate US sales/use tax with our external advisors.
• Manage TDS / withholding-tax compliance and returns.
• Coordinate US federal and state tax filings with our external US tax advisors, owning
the data, provisioning and timelines.
• Own the financial-information statutory filings - AOC-4, the transfer pricing report /
Form 3CEB, and SFT (Form 61A) - and partner with the company secretary on related
corporate filings.
• Manage statutory compliance for our Foundation (e.g., Form 10B / 10BB) and CSR /
grant utilisation reporting.
• Chartered Accountant (CA), qualified.
• 4–6 years in direct and indirect taxation and regulatory compliance, ideally from Big 4/6
or a large corporate.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, corporate tax and transfer pricing, plus Companies
Act filings.
• Comfort coordinating external advisors and managing multiple deadlines across
jurisdictions.
